Abstract

Značaj projektnog kontrolinga kao koncepcije stručne i savjetodavne podrške projektnom
menadžmentu koja primjenom instrumenata povećava efikasnost i efektivnost provedbe
projekata, prvenstveno proizlazi iz povećanja uspješnosti u realizaciji projektnih naloga.
Projekti su aktivnosti koje se razlikuju od rutinskih te su jedinstveni i vremenski ograničeni, a
aktualnost i njihova važnost u suvremenom gospodarstvu sve više dolazi do izražaja. Osim
stručnog članka „Projektni kontroling“ prof. dr. sc. Osmanagić Bedenik objavljenom u
časopisu Računovodstvo, revizija i financije (broj 7, 2008 godina), u Hrvatskoj ne postoje
drugi značajni radovi na tu temu, stoga se može pretpostaviti kako je projektni kontroling u
Hrvatskoj perspektiva u razvoju. Ovaj rad, stoga, nastoji opisom zadataka, odgovornosti,
metoda i tehnika te načina integracije u organizacijsku cjelinu poduzeća, definirati pojam
projektni kontroling. Osim toga se na primjeru odabranog hrvatskog poduzeća, analizira uloga
projektnog kontrolinga u procesu provedbe projekta, nakon čega se predlažu mogućnosti
poboljšanja uloge projektnog kontrolinga. Mogućnosti poboljšanja se temelje prema
teoretskim spoznajama opisanima u radu, uzimajući pri tome u obzir specifičnosti i
kompleksnost okruženja analiziranog poduzeća. Kao mogućnosti poboljšanja primjene
projektnog kontrolinga u analiziranom poduzeću, definirano je uspostavljanje decentralizirane
jedinice projektnog kontrolinga i definiranje uloge projektnog kontrolinga u skladu sa
suvremenom koncepcijom, koja podrazumijeva suradnika u projektnom timu koji pruža
podršku i savjetuje voditelja projekta tijekom cijelog razdoblja provedbe projekta i na taj
način utječe na povećanje transparentnosti postignutog uspjeha.

Abstract (english)

The significance of project controlling as a concept of technical and advisory support to
project management, which increases the effectiveness and efficiency of project
implementation by applying project controlling tools, primarily stems from the increased
success in the implementation of project orders. Projects are activities that are different from
routine activities - they are unique and time limited. The actuality and its importance in the
modern economy is increasingly pronounced. In addition to the professional paper "Projektni
kontroling" written by Ph.D. Osmanagić Bedenik published in the journal “Računovodstvo,
revizija i financije“ (No. 7, 2008), in Croatia there are no other significant works on this
subject. Therefore, it can be assumed that project controlling in Croatia is a perspective in
development. This thesis, aims to define the concept of project controlling by describing the
tasks, responsibilities, methods and techniques of project controlling, as well as ways of
integration into organizational structure of the company. This thesis also aims to analyze the
role of project controlling in the process of project implementation of a specific Croatian
company. After that it suggests the possibilities of improving the role of project controlling.
The improvement suggestions are based on the theoretical knowledge described in the thesis,
taking into account the specificity and complexity of the environment of the analyzed
company. As improvement suggestions of the implementation of project controlling, it is
stated to establish a new decentralized project controlling unit and to define the role of project
controlling in accordance with the modern concept, which implies the role of project
controlling as an assistant in the project team, who supports and advises the project manager
throughout the whole project implementation period. This would contribute to the increase of
the transparency of the achieved success.
