Abstract

Najjednostavnija, operativna, definicija poslovnog kontinuiteta jest ona prema kojoj je poslovni kontinuitet stanje kontinuiranog, odnosno neprekidnog poslovanja organizacije. Tijekom posljednjih nekoliko godina, čini se da su se štetni događaji intenzivirali kako u pogledu broja incidenata, tako i u opsegu ljudi i organizacija na koje utječu. Takva situacija stavlja veliki izazov kako pred poslovni sektor, tako i pred društvo općenito. Postavlja se pitanje je li vrijeme za redefiniranje koncepta poslovnog kontinuiteta i kako optimirati postojeća rješenja za upravljanje istim. Ovim su diplomskim radom prikazane temeljne odrednice koncepta i strategije upravljanja poslovnim kontinuitetom u Hrvatskom telekomu d.d.

Abstract (english)

The simplest, operational, definition of business continuity is the one according to which the business continuity represents a state of continuous operation of the organization. Over the past few years, it seems that adverse events have intensified both in terms of the number of incidents, and the range of people and organizations affected. Such a situation puts a great challenge in front of the business sector, and in front of society in general. The question arises: Is it time to redefine the concept of business continuity and to optimize existing solutions for business continuity management. This master thesis presents the fundamental determinants of the concept and strategy of business continuity management at Hrvatski telekom d.d.
