Abstract

U ovom radu se objašnjava pojam energetske tranzicije, njeni uzroci i analiza njenog
provođenja u Norveškoj. Najprije se, kao uvod u pojam energetske tranzicije, analizira
povezanost gospodarskog razvoja i potrošnje energije tijekom povijesti, zatim korištenje
fosilnih goriva te klimatske promjene kao posljedica emisija velikih količina stakleničkih
plinova uzrokovanih upravo velikom potrošnjom fosilnih goriva. U prvom djelu rada se još
detaljno objašnjava pojam energetske tranzicije, njen zakonodavni okvir te novi model
energetskog tržišta i Industrija 4.0 kao temelj novog modela energetskog tržišta. U drugom
djelu rada se opisuje energetski sustav Norveške, kroz njezin institucionalni i zakonodavni
okvir te energetska politika i digitalizacija energetskog sustava. Zadnji dio rada se odnosi na
analizu energetske tranzicije Norveške, kroz pregled njihovog korištenja obnovljivih izvora
energije i kroz promicanje vozila sa nultom emisijom u prometu te kroz statističku analizu.
Statistička analiza sadrži pokazatelje kao što su usporedba BDP-a i potrošnje energije od 1990.
godine, zatim se analiziraju energetska intenzivnost i emisije stakleničkih plinova s istom
baznom godinom, kao pokazatelji uspješnosti energetske tranzicije. Rad završava zaključkom
autora.

Abstract (english)

This paper explains the concept of energy transition, its causes and an analysis of its
implementation in Norway. First is analyzed, as an introduction to the concept of energy
transition, the link between economic development and energy consumption throughout
history, then the use of fossil fuels and climate changes as a result of the emissions of large
quantities of greenhouse gases caused by the high consumption of fossil fuels. The first part of
the paper explains in more detail the concept of energy transition, its legislative framework, and
the new model of energy market and Industry 4.0 as the basis of the new energy market model.
The second part describes Norway's energy system, through its institutional and legislative
framework, as well as its energy policy and digitalization of the energy system. The last part of
the paper deals with the analysis of the energy transition of Norway, through an overview of
their use of renewable energy sources and through the promotion of zero-emission vehicles in
traffic and through statistical analysis. The statistical analysis contains indicators such as a
comparison of GDP and energy consumption since 1990, then analyzes the energy intensity and
greenhouse gas emissions with the same base year as indicators of the success of the energy
transition. The paper ends with the conclusion of the author.
