Abstract
Ovaj se radi bavi bankarskim novčanim pologom. Cilj rada je utvrditi pojam i obilježja novčanog pologa, te razgraničiti ugovore o bankovnom novčanom pologu od drugih tipova bankarskih ugovora.Zatim se objašnjavaju vrste novčanih pologa.Cilj rada je utvrditi pravnu prirodu ugovora te ekonomsku.Potom slijedi primarne obveze ugovornih ugovornih strana,u kojem će detaljnije biti objašnjene ugovorne obveze deponenta odnosno ugovorne obveze banke.
