Abstract

Model razvoja poduzeća prema relativnoj efikasnosti autora Drage Gorupića pionirski je model razvoja poduzeća. Kao takvim, u ovome će se radu obraditi podloga modela u teoriji poslovnog planiranja kao i istraživanje o aktualnosti modela u današnjem poslovanju. Model služi za prognozu i dijagnozu poslovnog položaja nekog analiziranog poduzeća s ciljem identifikacije faze razvoja i kvalitete njegova poslovanja u identificiranoj fazi razvoja. Model se koristi i pripada području strategije i poslovnog planiranja. Shodno tome, u radu je obrađena tema strategije, procesa oblikovanja strategije i škola strategijskih misli, a s obzirom da Gorupićev model ima podlogu u teoriji sistema dotaknuto je i pitanje kompleksnosti i lanca vremena. Uz razvoj poduzeća, u promatranju strategije češće se spominje termin životnog ciklusa poduzeća. U radu su predstavljena oba modela te su definirane sličnosti i razlike među istima. Sa spomenutim ciljem istraživanja o aktualnosti upotrebe modela, donese su teorijske i praktične pretpostavke, kao i metodološki okvir na temelju kojeg je provedeno istraživanje i nakon kojeg su doneseni zaključci o temi.

Abstract (english)

The Firm relative efficacy development model by Drago Gorupić is a pioneer model of Firm development. As such, this paper will cover the background of models in business planning theory, as well as research into the relevance of this model in modern businesses. The firm relative efficacy development model is used to forecast and diagnose the business position of an analyzed company, in order to identify the development phase and quality of its operations in the determined development phase. Model is used and belongs to area of strategy and business planning. Accordingly, this paper deals with the topic of strategy, the process of shaping strategy and schools of strategic thinking, and given that Gorupić's model has a basis in system theory, the issue of complexity and the chain of time is also touched upon. In addition to firm development, the term company life cycle is often mentioned in the observation of strategy. Both models are presented in the paper and similarities and differences between them are defined. With the aforementioned aim of the research on the actuality of model use, theoretical and practical assumptions are made, as well as the methodological framework which makes the basis of the research conducted, and after which conclusions were drawn on the topic.
