Abstract

Kontroling pomaže menadžmentu u procesu poslovnog odlučivanja. Kontroling teži usmjeravanju svih odluka prema postizanju glavnih ciljeva poduzeća. Važno je da ciljevi budu optimalno postavljeni i vremenski određeni. Cilj rada je istaknuti važnost postavljanja ciljeva u svakom poduzeću i agilno upravljati istima sukladno promjenama u okruženju. Također, u radu su analizirane odabrane metode za upravljanje ciljevima. Za svrhu ovog rada provedeno je empirijsko istraživanje o korištenju metoda za upravljanje ciljevima u hrvatskim poduzećima, koje je pokazalo da velik broj poduzeća prati svoje ciljeve, ali da postoji prostor za napredak u načinu primjenjivanja metoda.

Abstract (english)

Controlling assists management in the business decision-making process. Controlling strives to direct all decisions towards achieving the main goals of the company. It is important that the goals are optimally set and timed. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of setting goals in each company and managing them according to changes in the environment. Also, the paper analyzes selected methods for managing goals. For the purpose of this paper, an empirical study was conducted on the use of goal management methods in Croatian companies, which showed that a large number of companies follow their goals, but that they can improve the way how methods are applied.
