Abstract

Predmet rada je prikaz određenih gospodarskih pokazatelja u promatranim zemljama s posebnim osvrtom na tržište rada. S obzirom da je Republika Hrvatska 1. srpnja 2013. godine postala punopravna članica Europske unije, u radu su prikazani odabrani makroekonomski pokazatelji većine zemalja Europske unije, kao i odabranih zemalja koje nisu članice ove ekonomsko političke integracije. Cilj rada je utvrditi u kojoj se je mjeri kriza reflektirala na promatrane zemlje praćeno kroz odabrane makroekonomske čimbenike; rast bruto domaćeg proizvoda, visinu javnog duga i proračunskog deficita. Praćena je visina prosječne plaće kao i minimalna satnica. U kratkim crtama je dočarano što je to globalizacija, ali i neoliberalistička ekonomska misao te njihov utjecaj na tržište rada smatrajući ih važnim čimbenicima posljednje ekonomske krize. Pažnja se pridaje eurozoni i utjecaju krize na zajedničku valutu, ali i obratno. Kako se je euro nosio sa krizom.

Abstract (english)

The paper will try to closely present influence of last financial crisis on the labour market of chosen countries as well as their economic development. Economic development will be observed especially through the growth of gross domestic product, general government gross debt and government budget . Considering that Croatia with 1 st July 2013. has become full member of the European union in work will be present selected macroeconomic indicators most of the countries of European union as well as some chosen countries which are not members of this economic and political integration. It will be trying to present what is labour, what is globalisation and neoliberal economic thought and their influence on the labour market considering them as important indicators of the past crisis. Also will be given an overview of the mininum wage or minimum hourly wage of the chosen countries. Something more will be told about euro as a curency and how it reflected on a crisis in a eurozone. All the countries made some changes in fiscal policy as a way of fighting the recession and it will be shown how they were reflected on the economic growth of those countries. Adopted conclusions show that the last financial crisis quite shaken labour market of all observed countries whereby the others macroeconomic indicators also weren't spared. After consolidation of wounded economies with a help of European union and European Central Bank as well as economic growth which followed the unemployment rate has decreased. Since then, average and minimum wages also increases as well as observed macroeconomic indicators.
