Abstract

U diplomskom radu navedena je teorija distributivne trgovine i trgovine na malo te je provedena analiza povijesnog razvoja distributivne trgovine i trgovine na malo u Gradu Zagrebu u razdoblju od 2004. do 2010. godine. Prikupljeni podaci o značajkama distributivne trgovine obrađeni su kroz broj poslovnih subjekata, odnosno pravne osobe i obrtnike i broj prodavaonica/servisa. Dalje, trgovinu na malo su obilježili pokazatelji kao što su: broj prodavaonica/servisa, broj zaposlenih, promet koji su ostvarili pravni subjekti baveći se trgovinom na malo u promatranom razdoblju i naposlijetku trgovačke struke u trgovini na malo. Na temelju prikupljenih podataka utvrđeno je smanjenje broja pravnih subjekata, ali i povećanje broja poslovnica i servisa, povećanje broja zaposlenih i povećanje ostvarenoga prometa. Zaključak je da se trgovina na malo razvila te s njome i distributivna trgovina u razdoblju od 2004. do 2010. godine, ali uz neke pojave koje mogu štetiti razvoju gospodarstva Grada Zagreba, a to su ulazak velikih stranih trgovačkih lanaca koji je uzrokovao zatvaranje mnogih manjih trgovačkih poduzeća i prekomjerni uvoz robe.

Abstract (english)

The Master's thesis deals with the theory of distributive trade and retail trade and analyzes the historical development of distributive trade and retail trade in the City of Zagreb from 2004 to 2010. The collected data on the features of distributive trade are processed through the number of business entities, that is legal entities and craftsmen and the number of shops/services. Furthermore, retail was characterized by indicators such as: number of shops / services, number of employees, turnover generated by legal entities engaged in retail in the observed period and finally trade profession in retail. Based on the collected data, a decrease in the number of legal entities was identified, as well as an increase in the number of outlets and services, an increase in the number of employees and an increase in the realized turnover. The conclusion is that retail has developed with it and distributive trade in the period from 2004 to 2010, but with some phenomena that may be detrimental to the economic development of the City of Zagreb, such as the entry of large foreign retail chains, which caused the closure of many smaller ones. trading companies and the over-import of goods.
