Abstract

Predmet i cilj rada je analizirati utjecaj upotrebe alata za e-učenje i metoda učenja u menadžmentu promjena. S obzirom da su promjene neminovne u okruženju otvorenog tržišta i razvoja tehnologija, upotrebom tehnoloških alata za podupiranje procesa učenja u organizacijama se nameće kao ključan faktor u uvođenju promjena u organizacijama. Brojna istraživanja i teorijski pravci o procesima učenja su se razvijali već od ranih godina 20-tog stoljeća. Međutim upravo velikim razvojem tehnologije i nastankom Interneta, procesi učenja se premještaju na digitalne platforme i izazivaju niz učinaka. U sklopu ovog rada provedena su dva istraživanja. Metodom promatranja i intervjuiranja pitanjima otvorenog tipa, istraženo je na koji način hrvatsko IT poduzeće upravlja promjenama i koje alate koristi u procesu učenja putem digitalnih platformi, tzv. e-učenje. Rezultati pokazuju da uspostavljanjem organske organizacijske strukture, stavljanjem velikog fokusa na organizacijsku kulturu i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika, poduzeće ostvaruje višegodišnji rast i uspješno se nosi s promjenama. Također metodom anketiranja, kojom je obuhvaćen uzorak od 104 ispitanika, studenata ponajviše Ekonomskog fakulteta i Fakulteta računarstva i elektrotehnike, ispitani su stavovi studenata o potrebama kontinuiranog učenja i e-učenju. Istraživanjem se pokazalo kako studenti iskazuju relevantnost kontinuiranog učenja i u najvećem broju bi odabrali raditi u poduzećima koja podupiru učenje i osiguravaju pristup edukativnom sadržaju putem digitalnih alata.

Abstract (english)

The object and purpose of this paper is to analyse the impact of e-learning tools and learning methods on change management. Due to inevitable presence of constant changes in the surrounding of open market and technology development, use of technology as a supporting tool for learning processes in organisations is a key factor in imposing changes within the companies. Many studies and theoretical thoughts about learning processes were developed since early 20th century. However because of rapid development of technology and introduction of Internet, learning is shifting towards digital platforms which causes several effects. Within this study, two surveys were conducted. By the method of observing and interviewing, Croatian IT company was analysed on the premises of managing change and use of tools as a support for learning processes on digital platforms. The results showed how organic organisational structure, great focus on organisational culture and employees satisfaction, produced long-term growth of the company which now successfully deal with changes. As well a survey was conducted that included a sample of 104 persons, primarily students of Faculty of Economics and Business and Faculty of Electronic Engineering. The aim of the study was to investigate how students look upon needs for continuous learning and e-learning. Results showed how students consider importance of continuous learning and most of them would rather choose to work for the organisation which support learning process and ensure access to educational materials over digital platforms.
