Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada predstavlja područje istraživanja monetarne politike s naglaskom na provođenje instrumenata i mjera monetarne politike Hrvatske narodne banke u Republici Hrvatskoj. Monetarna politika čini krvotok svakog gospodarstva kojemu je cilj opskrbiti svaku stanicu potrebnom količinom novca kako bi taj sustav mogao funkcionirati. Stoga je povjerenje ključan preduvjet za efikasno djelovanje središnje banke u ovom slučaju Hrvatske narodne banke kao vrhovne monetarne vlasti.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis presents the field of study of monetary policy and focuses on implementation of instruments and measures of monetary policy of the Croatian National Bank in the Republic of Croatia. Monetary policies are the lifeblood of every economy and their goal is to inject the amount of money need so the system could function into every cell. Therefore, trust is a key prerequisite for efficient central bank management, in this case Croatian National Bank as the supreme monetary government.
