Abstract

Industrija proizvodnje ventila snažna je i široko rasprostranjena industrija na svjetskoj razini koja opskrbljuje i direktno je vezana za druge snažne industrije kao što su naftna i plinska, brodogradnja, energetika, vodoopskrba, petrokemijska, farmaceutska industrija i dr. OMV Indoil d.o.o., na globalnoj razini, jedan je od „malih igrača“ u proizvodnji industrijskih ventila, no na području Republike Hrvatske i jugoistočne Europe smatra se tržišnim liderom u ovoj branši. OMV Indoil pravi je primjer poduzeća usmjerenog budućnosti, koje prati promjene u okruženju, prilagođava mu se i posluje u korak s razvojem i rastom tržišta. Ima dobro osmišljenu i implementiranu strategiju poslovanja, definiranu viziju i misiju poduzeća kojima se vode svi zaposleni, prati tehnološki razvoj, usmjereno je zadovoljenju potreba kupaca i istraživanju i razvoju kako bi rezultati bili bolji iz godine u godinu. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje, također je jedan od ključnih čimbenika poslovanja poduzeća OMV Indoil. Osim praćenja i prilagođavanja promjenama okruženja, situacija unutar poduzeća je na visokoj razini. Stručnost i sposobnost zaposlenika, uz zdravu radnu klimu, ključni su faktori uspješnosti poduzeća. Strategijska analiza nužna je za opstanak svakog poduzeća. Sve veća kompleksnost i nepredvidivost okruženja stvaraju veliki rizik za svakog sudionika na tržištu. Rast konkurencije također zaoštrava borbu za preuzimanje tržišta. Uz takve uvjete nužno je dobro proučiti vanjsko i unutarnje okruženje, sve čimbenike koje bitno utječu na poslovanje te se prilagođavati i razvijati u korak s njima.

Abstract (english)

The valve manufacturing industry is a strong and widespread industry at the global level that supplies, and is directly related to other powerful industries such as oil and gas, shipbuilding, energy, water supply, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industry, etc. OMV Indoil Ltd., globally, is one of the „small players“ in the production of industrial valves, but in Croatia and Southeast Europe it is considered the market leader in this industry. OMV Indoil is great example of a forward-looking company, which monitors changes in the environment, adapts to it and operates with development and growth of the market. The company has a well designed business strategy, defined vision and mission that guides all employees, it monitors technological development, and is focused on customer needs so as research and development to improve results every year. Also, one of the key factors in OMV Indoil business is corporate social responsibility. Except adapting to changes in environment, the situation within the company is at a high level too. The expertise and ability of employees, along with a healthy work climate, are key factors in a company's success. Strategic analysis is necessary for the survival of any company. The increasing complexity and unpredictability of the environment create a great risk for every market participant. Stronger competition intensifying the struggle of market takeover. With this conditions, it is necessary to research the external and internal environment, all the factors that significantly affect the business, and to adopt and develop along with them.
