Abstract

Kada je u pitanju umjetna inteligencija, većina ljudi vjerojatno zamišlja robota s nadljudskim sposobnostima, kao što je često prikazano u popularnim kinematografskim ili književnim djelima. Ali umjetna inteligencija može imati mnogo oblika. Iako su prave malo manje spektakularne od izmišljenih, to ne umanjuje njihovu korisnost. Jedan od njih su programi sposobni komunicirati s ljudima prirodnim jezikom - chatboti. Unatoč činjenici da chatboti postoje više od 50 godina, njihovo uvođenje i zanimanje za njih počelo je rasti tek u ovom desetljeću. Bez sumnje, iza ovog rasta stoji rast popularnosti i sve veća razvijenost pametnih telefona. Chatbote se ponekad naziva i "novim aplikacijama" s obzirom na važnost i poslovnu upotrebu. Predmet rada je umjetna inteligencija i primjena u poslovanju s naglaskom na chatbot. Umjetna inteligencija ima različita potpolja i postoje mnogi zadivljujući izumi koju su već prisutni i svakodnevno nam olakšavaju komunikaciju i život. Neki od tih izuma su uspješno implementirani u rad organizacija koje rastu uz njihovu pomoć. Sve je popularnije korištenje umjetne inteligencije na internetu, društvenim mrežama, u marketingu i telekomunikacijama. Cilj rada je upoznati čitatelja sa osnovnim pojmovima koji su bitni za razumijevanje funkcioniranja umjetne inteligencije i naravno chatbot sustava na kojeg je stavljen naglasak u ovom radu.

Abstract (english)

When it comes to artificial intelligence, most people probably imagine a robot with superhuman abilities, as it is often shown in popular cinematic or literary works. But artificial intelligence can take many forms. Although the real ones are a little less spectacular than the fictional ones, that does not diminish their usefulness. One of them are programs capable of communicating with people in natural language - chatbots. Despite the fact that chatbots have existed for more than 50 years, their introduction and interest in them began to grow only in this decade. Undoubtedly, behind this growth is the growth of popularity and the growing development of smartphones. Chatbots are also sometimes referred to as “new apps” due to their
importance and business use. The subject of the paper is artificial intelligence and application in business with an emphasis on chatbot. Artificial intelligence has different subfields and there are many amazing inventions that are already present and make our daily communication and life easier. Some of these inventions have been successfully implemented in the work of organizations that grow with their help. The use of artificial intelligence on the Internet, social networks, in marketing and telecommunications is becoming increasingly popular. The aim of the paper is to acquaint the reader with the basic concepts that are essential for understanding the functioning of artificial intelligence and of course the chatbot system that is emphasized in this paper.
