Abstract
Glavni predmet ovog rada bio je rast outsourcinga usluga. Kroz rad su se definirali temeljni pojmovi, iznijele prednosti i nedostaci outsourcinga te naveli glavni čimbenici rasta outsourcing usluga. Prema tome, može se zaključiti kako je outsourcing usluga posebno koristan, ne samo pri uštedi vremena i sredstava, već i po povećanju kvalitete pruženih usluga. Točnije, specifičnost vanjskih usluga je u tome što se obično poduzeća koja se bave određenom konzultantskom uslugom isključivo bave tim područjem rada pa ona imaju u svojoj djelatnosti zaposlene najbolje stručnjake iz tog područja. Poduzeća si često ne mogu u okviru svojih odjela priuštiti toliki broj stručnjaka koji će se sustavno baviti samo jednom problematikom poslovanja pa im više odgovara onda usluga dobivena od vanjskih stručnjaka.
