Abstract

Okolina današnjice se temelji na visokim tehnologijama koje su podložne učestalom razvoju i utječu na promjene osnovnih koncepata poslovanja cjelokupnog tržišta. Kako bi osigurali konkurentnost i rast u takvoj okolini, poduzeća moraju biti spremna odgovoriti na tehnološke promjene, uvoditi promjene u internom okruženju i uspješno upravljati novonastalim promjenama. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je upravljanje promjenama na primjeru financijske institucije - Leasing društva. Upravljanje promjenama na promatranom poduzeću se odnosi na digitalizaciju procesa. Za implementaciju ovog novog poslovnog modela bilo izuzetno važno kvalitetno upravljati promjenama i stvoriti kulturu otvorenu prema promjenama. Stoga, kroz ovaj rad prikazano je na primjeru ove transformacije poslovanja, analiza uloge i važnosti upravljanja promjenama, te kako uspješno upravljanje promjenama može utjecati na cjelokupni razvoj poduzeća kroz uvođenje promjena na svim funkcijskim razinama.

Abstract (english)

Daily environment is based on high technologies that are subject to frequent development and influence changes in the basic concepts of business of the entire market. To ensure competitiveness and growth in such an environment, businesses must be prepared to respond to technological change, make changes in the internal environment, and successfully manage the new changes. The subject of this master thesis is change management based on the example of a financial institution - Leasing Company. Change management at the observed enterprise refers to the digitization of the process. To implement this new business model, it was extremely important to manage change well and create a culture open to change. Therefore, this master thesis demonstrates the example of this business transformation, the analysis of the role and importance of change management, and how successful change management can affect the overall development of an enterprise through the introduction of change at all functional levels.
