Abstract

Obiteljska poduzeća su poduzeća kojima u cijelosti ili dijelom upravljaju jedan ili više članova obitelji. Obiteljska poduzeća imaju brojne prednosti i nedostatke te izazove s kojima se susreću u poduzetničkom okruženju. Specifičnosti obiteljskih poduzeća ogledaju se u vlasničkoj strukturi i pitanjima vezanim uz nasljeđivanje obiteljskog biznisa.
U ovom radu teorijski se obradilo pitanje obiteljskog poduzeća, način njegova osnivanja i formiranja, organizacijske strukture i upravljanja na primjeru obiteljskog poduzeća Messer Croatia Plin.
Osnovni cilj istraživanja bilo je definiranje i objašnjavanje funkcioniranja obiteljskog poduzeća. Prilikom istraživanja za ovaj rad korištene su dvije skupine metoda, a to su opće metode koje uključuju opisivanje, analizu i sintezu te posebne metode koje uključuju prikupljanje i analizu podataka. Sam proces istraživanja i analiziranja temelji se na prikupljenim podacima koji su bili dostupni od strane poduzeća, odnosno putem razgovora sa djelatnicima poduzeća.
Na temelju svega navedenog može se zaključiti da obiteljsko poduzeće Messer Croatia Plin, koje svoj rad i tradiciju temelji na mladoj i uspješnoj radnoj snazi, ima jasnu viziju cjelokupnog sustava poslovanja, kvalitetne taktike i strategije pri njegovoj izgradnji te mogućnost realizacije takvog sustava čime bilježi zavidan rast u broju zaposlenih i ostvarenim prihodima.

Abstract (english)

Family companies are companies which are entirely or partly managed by one or more family members. Family businesses have a number of advantages and disadvantages and challenges faced in the enterprise environment. Specifics of family businesses are reflected in the ownership structure, and issues related to the inheritance of the family business.
In this paper it has theoretically been processed the issue of domestic enterprises, the manner of its establishment and formation, organizational structure and management on the example of a family business company Messer Croatia Plin.
The main objective of the study was to define and explain the functioning of the family business. During the research for this work have been used two groups of methods, which are common methods involving description, analysis and synthesis and specific methods that include data collection and analysis. The very process of research and analysis based on the collected data that were available by the company throught conversation with the employees.
Based on the above it can be concluded that family business company Messer Croatia Plin, whose their work and tradition is based on a young and successful work force, a clear vision of the overall system operation, quality of tactics and strategy in its construction and the possibility of realization of such a system which records remarkable growth in the number of employees and revenues.
