Abstract

Lanac opskrbe objedinjuje sve faze nabave od dobavljača, proizvođača, distributera pa sve do krajnjeg korisnika. Poduzeća koja se nalaze u opskrbnom lancu nadodaju vrijednost proizvodu kroz sve te faze kako bi se zadovoljile tržišne potrebe stoga veoma bitno je planirati procese cijelog opskrbnog lanca. Pozitivni rezultat kvalitetnog vođenja upravljanja zalihama u konačnici je mogućnost raspolaganja proizvodom koji kupac zahtjeva u određenoj količini, na određenom mjestu i u određenom trenutku. Na primjeru poduzeća se jasno vidi da uloga zaliha, kada se s istima pravilno upravlja, je zajam osiguranja neprekidnosti poslovanja u budućnosti, konstantno omogućavanje nesmetanog rada proizvodnje, te opskrbljivanja tržišta i zadovoljavanje potreba potrošača. Današnja uloga nabave u profitabilnosti tvrtke i povećanju dioničarske vrijednosti je postala strateški čimbenik od kojeg nitko više u poslovnom svijetu ne može i ne želi pobjeći.

Abstract (english)

The supply chain unites all phases of procurement from suppliers, manufacturers, distributors to end user. Companies in the supply chain add value to the product through all these stages in order to meet market needs, so it is very important plan the processes of the entire supply chain. The positive result of quality inventory management is ultimately the ability to dispose of the product that the customer requires in a certain quantity, in a certain place and at a certain time. On the example of an observed company clearly shows that the role of inventories, when properly managed, is to ensure the continuity of business in the future, to constantly enable the smooth operation of production, and to supply the market and meet the needs of consumers. Today’s role of procurement in company profitability and increasing shareholder value has become a strategic factor from which no one else in the business world can`t and doesn`t want to escape.
