Abstract

Rad govori o upravljanju kvalitetom u tekstilnoj industriji. Ovim radom definirana je kvaliteta kao pojam, definiran je pojam upravljanja kvalitetom, povijesni razvoj kvalitete te kako na kvalitetu gledamo s različitih stajališta (proizvođača, potrošača, tržišta i društva). Prikazana je tekstilna industrija u svijetu i tekstilna industrija u Republici Hrvatskoj gdje se vidi razlika koliko naše (hrvatsko) tržište zaostaje/ne zaostaje za svjetskim tržištem tekstile industrije. Pokazat će se da hrvatska tekstilna industrija ima mjesta za napredak, hrvatska proizvodnja tekstila trebala bi iskoristiti svoje potencijale i postaviti temelje za novu i bolju budućnost. Provedeno empirijsko istraživanje tj. anketiranje određenog broja zaposlenika tri poduzeća tekstilne industrije u Zagrebu (Mativo, Jadran i Unitas) pomoglo je u jasnijem prikazu stanja u tekstilnoj industriji u cilju unaprjeđenja kvalitete u odjelima organizacija. Provedeni anketni upitnik sadržavao je 21 općenito pitanje na koja su odgovarali svi neovisno u kojem odjelu rade. Rezultatima istraživanja utvrđena je zadovoljavajuća razina kvalitete u promatranim poduzećima.

Abstract (english)

The paper deals with quality management in the textile industry. The paper defines quality as a concept, the concept of quality management is defined, the historical development of quality and how we look at quality from different points of view (producers and consumers). The paper presents the textile industry in the world and the textile industry in the Republic of Croatia, where we can see the difference in how much our (Croatian) market lags / does not lag behind the world textile industry market. It will be shown that the Croatian textile industry has room for improvement, Croatian textile production should use its potentials and lay the foundations for a new and better future. The conducted empirical research is a survey of a number of employees of three textile industry companies in Zagreb (Mativo, Jadran and Unitas) helped in a clearer picture of the situation in the textile industry in order to improve quality in the departments of organizations. The conducted survey questionnaire contained 21 general questions that were answered by all regardless of which department they work in. The results of the research has determined a satisfactory level of quality in the observed companies.
