Abstract

U svrhu postizanja demografske obnove društva, urbane regeneracije naselja te smanjenja iseljavanja mladih obitelji i pomoći građanima, Hrvatski je sabor u lipnju 2017. godine donio Zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita. Zakonom je uređeno subvencioniranje stambenih kredita za kupnju stana ili kuće te gradnju kuće radi rješavanja stambenog pitanja. Stambeni kredit građanin Republike Hrvatske može uzeti od kreditne institucije, a dio mjesečnih obroka subvencionira se sredstvima iz proračuna. Sukladno tome, ovim radom se analizira način rada Agencije za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama, Zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita te uvjeti za ostvarenje istoga. Cilj rada je analizirati i odabrane kreditne institucije u RH, odnosno njihovu ponudu subvencioniranih stambenih kredita.

Abstract (english)

In order to achieve demographic renewal of society, urban regeneration of settlements and reduce the emigration of young families and help citizens, in June 2017 the Croatian Parliament passed the Housing Loan Subsidy Act. The law regulates the subsidizing of housing loans for the purchase of an apartment or house and the construction of a house in order to resolve the housing issue. A citizen of the Republic of Croatia can take a housing loan from a credit institution, and part of the monthly installments is subsidized with funds from the budget. Accordingly, this paper analyzes the work of the Agency for Legal Transactions and Real Estate Brokerage, the Law on Subsidizing Housing Loans and the conditions for its realization. The aim of this paper is to analyze selected credit institutions in the Republic of Croatia, ie their offer of subsidized housing loans.
