Abstract

Predmet istraživanja u ovom diplomskom radu su potpore za podršku malim i srednjim poduzetnicima tijekom pandemije COVID-19. Cilj rada je detaljno analizirati potpore za podršku malim i srednjim poduzetnicima tijekom pandemije COVID-19 kako bi se prognozirala budućnost i mogućnost oporavka malog i srednjeg poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj. Cilj rada također je detektirati dugoročne posljedice koronakrize na malo i srednje poduzetništvo. Kako bi se postigli ciljevi, u radu se koriste službeni podatci dostupni na internet stranicama Europske unije, Republike Hrvatske i ostalih analiziranih država. Također, korišteni su statistički podatci i objavljene službene publikacije. Od znanstvenih metoda su korištene analitička i komparativna metoda. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na izdašne potpore malim i srednjim poduzećima. Rezultati potpora malim i srednjim poduzećima još se ne mogu potvrditi, uzme li se u obzir da pandemija i dalje traje. Stoga mala i srednja poduzeća prije svega trebaju jačanje poslovne otpornosti i razvoj digitalnih tehnologija. Na razini Republike Hrvatske, uzme li se u obzir Plan oporavka i otpornosti, navedeno će biti moguće i budućnost malih i srednjih poduzeća ne treba dovoditi u pitanje.

Abstract (english)

The subject of research in this thesis are grants to support small and medium enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of this paper is to analyze in detail the support to small and medium enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to predict the future and the possibility of recovery of small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Croatia. The aim of the paper is also to detect the long-term consequences of the corona crisis on small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to achieve the goals, the paper uses official data available on the websites of the European Union, the Republic of Croatia and other analyzed countries. Also, statistics and published official publications were used. Of the scientific methods, analytical and comparative methods were used. The results of the research indicate generous support for small and medium-sized enterprises. The results of aid to small and medium-sized enterprises cannot yet be confirmed, given that the pandemic continues. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises primarily need to strengthen business resilience and develop digital technologies. At the level of the Republic of Croatia, if the Recovery and Resilience Plan is taken into account, this will be possible and the future of small and medium-sized enterprises should not be questioned.
