Abstract

Covid-19 je ozbiljno utjecao na lance opskrbe na globalnoj razini. Menadţeri, posebice u nabavi, moraju odrţavati poslovanje, podmirivati hitne potrebe i smanjiti rizike dobavljača. Sve to u vrijeme kada se cijeli tim i društvo suočavaju s velikim izazovima. Voditelji nabave su se do sada usredotočili na upravljanje smetnjama kod svojih ključnih dobavljača. Istovremeno su pokušali provesti kratkoročne odluke o nabavi s obzirom na ograničenja kontakta. Sada se, meĎutim, moraju više usredotočiti na osiguravanje zaliha u srednjoročnom razdoblju, stjecanje novih sredstava i izgradnju otpornosti. To ne samo da pomaţe u savladavanju krize Covid-19, već i u jačanju samog poduzeća. Najbolja početna pozicija za vrijeme kada gospodarstvo ponovno počinje rasti. Primarni cilj rada istraţiti strategije upravljanja nabavom u lancu dobave za vrijeme krize izazvane COVID-19 pandemijom. Metode koje će biti primijenjene su: induktivno-deduktivna metoda, metoda kompilacije, metoda analize i sinteze, metoda deskripcije, povijesna metoda te metoda klasifikacije i verifikacije. Istraţivanje će biti studija slučaja, provedena strukturiranim intervjuima s menadţerima poduzeća X i njihovim dobavljačima koji imaju najbolji uvid u sve sfere njihovog lanca dobave i kako je COVID-19 utjecao na isti. Cilj istraţivanja kako su razvili strategije u odnosu s dobavljačima za vrijeme pandemije, a krajnji cilj rada je predočiti dobre prakse nabave i odnosa s dobavljačima na temelju ovog uspješnog lanca dobave.

Abstract (english)

Covid-19 has seriously affected supply chains globally. Managers, especially in procurement, must maintain business, meet urgent needs, and reduce supplier risks. All this at a time when the whole team and society are facing great challenges. Procurement managers have so far focused on interference management with their key suppliers. At the same time, they tried to implement short-term procurement decisions given the limitations of contact. Now, however, they need to focus more on securing stocks in the medium term, acquiring new funds and building resilience. This not only helps in overcoming the Covid-19 crisis, but also in strengthening the company itself. The best starting position at a time when the economy is starting to grow again. The primary objective of the paper is to explore supply chain management strategies during the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The methods that will be applied are: inductive-deductive method, method of compilation, method of analysis and synthesis, method of description, historical method and method of classification and verification. The research will be a case study, conducted in structured interviews with managers of Company X and their suppliers who have the best insight into all areas of their supply chain and how COVID-19 has affected the same. The aim of the research is how they developed strategies in relations with suppliers during the pandemic, and the ultimate goal of the paper is to present good procurement practices and relations with suppliers based on this successful supply chain.
