Abstract

Poduzetničko istvaralaštvo i inovativnost na tržištu uvijek nude nešto novo. Inovacija je rezultat stvaralaštva. Može biti pronalaženje nešto potpuno novoga ili poboljšanje postojećeg proizvoda, usluge, tehnološkog postupka ili procesa. Uz internet kao inovaciju i maloprodaji, sve se više koristi umjetna inteligencija, proširene ili virtualne stvarnosti unutar poslovnice te primjena robota i glasovno kontroliranih elektroničkih uređaja. Razvoj elektroničkog poslovanja oomogućava poslovnom subjektu razvijati odnose s kupcima.

Abstract (english)

Entrepreneurial creativity and innovation in the market always offer something new. Innovation is the result of creativity. It can be finding something completely new or improving an existing product, service or proces. With the Internet as an innovation in retail, artificial intelligence, augmented or virtual realities within the branch, and the use of robots and voice-controlled electric devices are increasingly being used. The development of e-business allows a business entity to develop customer relationships.
