Abstract

Tema ovog rada je inferencijalno-statistička analiza financijskih pokazatelja na uzorku odabranih dioničkih društava iz djelatnosti pružanja smještaja te pripreme i usluživanja hrane, odnosno hotelskim poduzećima u Hrvatskoj u 2019. godini. Znati analizirati financijske izvještaje i uočiti potencijalne prilike i moguće probleme osnovni je preduvjet svake daljnje financijske analize poduzeća. Financijski pokazatelji snažan su indikator uspješnosti i problema poslovanja poduzeća, no potrebno ih je promatrati s obzirom na okruženje i uspoređivani s najuspješnijima u pripadajućoj industriji. Cilj istraživanja je pokušati izgraditi reprezentativan regresijski model koji je primjenjiv u praksi. Dosadašnja istraživanja su pokazala da je inferencijalno-statističkom analizom moguće izgraditi regresijski model čije varijable su upravo financijski pokazatelji, a koji se može koristiti kao reprezentativan model za poslovno upravljanje i odlučivanje, što je zasigurno jedan od ključnih uvjeta za uspješno poslovanje svakog poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

This papers main focus is inferential-statistic analysis of finantial ratios of the choosen public limited companies listed on Zagreb stock exchage belonging to accommodation and food service activities sector, e.g. hotel companies in Croatia in 2019. To know how to analyse financial statements and detect potential opportunities and possible problems is basic requirement for every further financial analysis of the company. Financial ratios are strong indicator of success and problems of performance of the company, but they need to be observed given the business enviroment and they need to be compared with the most succesful companies in the industry. The main purpose of this research is to build a representative regression model that can be used in practice. Previous researches has shown that by using inferential-statistics analysis it ispossible to build a regression model with finantial ratios as variables, which can be use in business management and decision making, which is one of the key requirements for every company to be sucessful.
