Abstract

U jeku globalne pandemije i jačanja tehnološke revolucije, poduzetništvo se također mijenja sukladno vremenima. Ovaj završni rad obrađuje što su mikro i malo poduzetništvo, kakva je njihova situacija u Hrvatskoj s obzirom na gospodarstvo i politiku, te koja je poveznica poduzetništva i javne uprave. Kao generatori rasta, poduzetnici su esencijalni agenti promjene i donositelji inovacije na tržište, koje zahtijeva konkurentnost i stalno poboljšanje. Digitalizacija poslovanja i javne uprave dovodi do novih oblika poduzetništva i novih načina poslovanja Pod utjecajem novih društvenih struja u svijetu razvijaju se i nove vrste poduzetništva orijentirane na poslovanje sa etičkim i socijalnim ciljevima, kao i mala poduzetnička društva koja su okrenuta zajedničkom radu i suradnji. Tržište 2021. godine traži inovaciju, stručnost, educiranost, održivost, ekološku prihvatljivost i iskoristivost, pa se i poduzetnici sve više organiziraju oko poslovanja koje implementira takve ideje. Unutar obrade poduzetništva, obrađuje se tema javne uprave i njezina utjecaja na poduzetništvo u Hrvatskoj, s obzirom na važnost institucija i njihova utjecaja na poduzetništvo. Poduzetnička infrastruktura u Hrvatskoj je u razvoju i u radu će se prikazati koji su oblici infrastrukture prisutni te na koji način funkcioniraju.

Abstract (english)

In the midst of a global pandemic and the strengthening of the technological revolution, entrepreneurship is also changing. This final paper deals with what micro and small business are, what is their situation in Croatia with regard to the economy and politics, and what is the link between entrepreneurship and public administration. As growth generators, entrepreneurs are essential agents of change and bringers of innovation to the market, which requires competitiveness and constant improvement. Digitalization of business and public administration leads to new forms of entrepreneurship and new ways of doing business. Under the influence of new social currents in the world, new types of business-oriented entrepreneurship with ethical and social goals are being developed, as well as small entrepreneurial societies that are focused on joint work and cooperation. The 2021 market is looking for innovation, expertise, education, sustainability, environmental friendliness and usability, so entrepreneurs are increasingly organizing around the business that implements such ideas. Within the processing of entrepreneurship, the topic of public administration and its impact on entrepreneurship in Croatia is discussed, given the importance of institutions and their influence on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial infrastructure in Croatia is in development and the paper will show which forms of infrastructure are present and how they work.
