Abstract

Da bi poduzeće moglo obavljati svoju osnovnu djelatnost na najboljim mogući način,
potrebno je da obuhvaća sedam važnih funkcija. lako su sve funkcije važne, medu njima se
izdvaja financijska funkcija. Bez nje preostale funkcije ne bi mogle normalno obavljati
svoje zadatke. U poduzeću, ovisno o njegovoj veličini i strukturi, financijska funkcija
može biti samostalna, ali i povezana s računovodstvenom. Zadaci kojima se ona bavi su od
izuzetnog značaja za uspjeh poduzeća te se istu ne smije olako shvaćati. Jedan od osnovnih
zadataka financijske funkcije u poduzeću je osiguranje to efikasnije izvršavanje
financijskih planova, pribavljanje financijskih sredstava, kvalitetno raspoređivanje
financijskim sredstvima, vođenje financijske politike poduzeća kao i obavljanje financijske
analize i kontrole te osiguranje financijskih informacija. Značaj financijske funkcije očituje
se kroz sposobnost pribavljanja potrebnih financijskih sredstava na način da se manjak
sredstava nabavi na tržištu po što povoljnijim uvjetima, dok se eventualni visak plasira na
tržište po što boljim uvjetima. Financijska funkcija azurno vodi računa o sredstvima
poduzeća kako bi u svakom trenutku mogla naplatiti određena potraživanja, ali i kako bi se
u točno određeno vrijeme nabavila određena sirovina kako bi se redovno odvijalo
poslovanje poduzeća. Financijski menadžment je jedna od najvažnijih uloga javnog
dioničkog društva koja komunicira s investitorskom javnošću na financijskom tržištu.
Uloga financijskog menadžmenta je da protumači kako će se pojedine poslovne odluke
odraziti na vrijednost dionica. Zadaci financijskog menadžmenta povezani su sa svim
aktivnostima koje su potrebne da bi se povećala vrijednost dionica društva, bilo da se radi
na dnevnoj, tjednoj, mjesečnoj ili godišnjoj razini.

Abstract (english)

In order for a company to be able to perform its core business in the best possible way, it
needs to encompass seven important functions. Although all functions are important, the
tinancial function stands out among them. Without it, the remaining functions would not
be able to perform their tasks normally. In a company, depending on its size and structure,
the financial function can be independent, but also related to accounting. The tasks it deals
with are extremely important for the success of the company and it should not be taken
lightly. One of the basic tasks of the financial function in the company is to ensure the
most efticient execution of financial plans, obtaining financial resources, quality allocation
of financial resources, conducting financial policy of the company as well as performing
financial analysis and control and providing financial information. The importance of the
financial function is manifested through the ability to obtain the necessary financial
resources in such a way that the shortage of funds is procured on the market under the most
favorable conditions, while any surplus is placed on the market under the best possible
conditions. The financial function takes into account the assets of the company in order to
be able to collect certain receivables at any time, but also to procure certain raw materials
at a specific time in order to conduct the company's business on a regular basis. Financial
management is one of the most important roles of a public joint stock company that
communicates with the investor public in the financial market. The role of financial
management is to interpret how individual business decisions will affect the value of
shares. The tasks of financial management are related to all activities necessary to increase
the value of the company's shares, whether it is done on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual
basis.
