Abstract

Upravljanje voznim parkom cestovnih motornih vozila zahtijeva suvremena tehnološka rješenja i infrastrukturu radi što boljeg upravljanja u smislu bržeg i efikasnijeg zaprimanja informacija i na temelju njih donošenja odluka u smislu poboljšanja i ušteda u poslovanju općenito. Cilj rada je prikazati povijesni razvoj tehnologije praćenja vozila u svijetu, analizirati upravljanje voznim parkom u suvremeno doba i to na temelju uvođenja sustava za satelitsko praćenje vozila kao i njihov nadzor, kontrolu i upravljanje. Sustav je važan u tom segmentu što bilježi parametre u floti vozila i te informacije šalje u stvarnom vremenu. Te informacije mogu biti vrijeme stajanja, prijeđena udaljenost, brzina, broj okretaja i na temelju njih se mogu donositi što preciznije poslovne odluke. Bez korištenja takvih sustava praćenja vozila u današnje vrijeme je nezamislivo kako u privatnom tako i u poslovnom životu. U radu su opisane karakteristike sustava praćenja vozila u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Koprivničko-križevačke županije kao i sastav njegovog voznog parka. Vozni park Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Koprivničko-križevačke županije dijeli se na dva osnovna tipa: vozila za hitni prijevoz pacijenta i vozila za sanitetski prijevoz pacijenta. Što se tiče sustava praćenja vozila u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Koprivničko-križevačke županije koristi se sustav BlackBLOX, koji je namijenjen praćenju hitnih vozila dok se u sanitetskom prijevozu za praćenje vozila koristi program Raptor.

Abstract (english)

Management of road vehicle fleet requires modern technological solutions and infrastructure for better management in terms of faster and more efficient receipt of information and decision-making based on them in terms of improvement and savings in business in general. The aim of the paper is to show the historical development of vehicle tracking technology in the world, to analyze the management of the fleet in modern times, based on the introduction of satellite tracking systems for vehicles as well as their monitoring, control and control. The system is important in this segment because it records the parameters in the vehicle fleet and sends this information in real time. This information can be standing time, distance traveled, speed, number of revolutions and based on them business decisions can be made as precisely as possible. Without the use of such vehicle tracking systems nowadays it is unthinkable in both private and business life. Simply, if you need any type of location, you just need to get the device, turn it on and it is ready to use. At the end of the work, the characteristics of the vehicle monitoring system in the Department of Emergency Medicine of Koprivnica-Križevci County will be described as well as the composition of its fleet. The fleet of the Department of Emergency Medicine of Koprivnica-Križevci County is divided into two basic types: vehicles for emergency transport of the patient and vehicles for the sanitation transport of the patient. As for the vehicle monitoring system in the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Koprivnica-Križevci County, the BlackBLOX system is used, which is intended for monitoring emergency vehicles, while in ambulance transport the Raptor program is used to monitor vehicles.
