Abstract

Predmet istraživanja rada je utjecaj pandemije Covid-19 na tržište rada s posebnim naglaskom na razvoj poslovanja digitalnih nomada tijekom pandemije. Ovaj završni rad će istražiti i analizirati specifičnosti digitalnih nomada u suvremenom poslovanju za vrijeme pandemije uzrokovane Covidom-19 te mogućnosti i ograničenja razvoja ovakvog načina poslovanja u budućnosti. Zbog pandemije, uz rast trenutne tehnologije, rad na daljinu postaje sve prilagodljiviji, izvediviji i nužniji. Kao rezultat, posao digitalnog nomada je postao održiva alternativa za karijeru. Rad na daljinu daje veću kontrolu nad svojim vremenom, više vremena za obitelj, više iskustva i slobodu da se posao obavlja s bilo kojeg mjesta na svijetu. Cilj rada je teorijska obrada termina ''digitalni nomad'' i analiza tržišta rada za vrijeme pandemije. Osim toga, cilj je odrediti zanimanja, popularne lokacije i zakonske okvire u kojima djeluju digitalni nomadi te usporediti ih s hibridnim načinom rada.

Abstract (english)

The subject of the research is the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the labour market, with a special emphasis on the development of digital nomads' businesses during the pandemic. This final paper will investigate and analyze the specifics of digital nomads in modern business during the pandemic caused by Covid-19 and the possibilities and limitations of the development of this way of doing business in the future. Due to the pandemic, along with the growth of current technology, remote work is becoming more and more adaptable, feasible and necessary. As a result, being a digital nomad has become a viable career alternative. Telecommuting gives more control over your time, more time for family, more experience and the freedom to do work from anywhere in the world. The aim of the work is the theoretical treatment of the term "digital nomad" and the analysis of the labor market during the pandemic. In addition, the aim is to determine the occupations, popular locations and legal frameworks in which digital nomads operate and compare them with the hybrid way of working.
