Abstract

U posljednjim desetljećima sve više se proučavaju banke, poslovno bankarstvo i nove tehnologije kao produkt razvoja. Putem banaka se putem kreditiranja upravlja razvitkom gospodarstva i financira stanovništvo kroz razne kreditne proizvode. Putem banaka se indirektno utječe na potrošnju stanovništva, osnivanje novih poduzeća, inflaciju i drugo. Kroz ovaj rad će se utvrditi sadašnje poslovanje Zagrebačke banke d.d. na tržištu. Pridavat će se važnosti prognoziranja financijskih izvještaja i određivanju novih trendova na tržištu.

Trenutno u Republici Hrvatskoj djeluju dvadeset i jedna banka. U radu je obrazložena važnost ljudskih resursa prilikom ostvarivanja konkurentske prednosti na tržištu. Kao bitan faktor pojašnjena je važnost donošenja strategijskih odluka u uvjetima neizvjesnosti, također sa svrhom ostvarivanja konkurentskih prednosti. Objašnjena je važnost implementacije i strategije u samom poslovanju. Provedena je financijska analiza Zagrebačke banke d.d. na temelju financijskih pokazatelja i financijskih izvještaja.

Abstract (english)

In recent decades, banks, commercial banking and new technologies have been studied more and more as a product of development. Through lending, the development of the economy is managed and the population is financed through various credit products. Through banks, consumption of the population, establishment of new companies, inflation and others are indirectly affected. Through this work, the current operations of Zagrebačka banka d.d. will be determined. on the market. The importance of forecasting financial statements and determining new trends in the market will be emphasized.

There are currently twenty-one banks operating in the Republic of Croatia. The paper explains the importance of human resources when achieving a competitive advantage on the market. The importance of making strategic decisions in conditions of uncertainty was clarified as an important factor, also with the purpose of achieving competitive advantages. The importance of implementation and strategy in business itself is explained. A financial analysis of Zagrebačka banka d.d. was carried out. based on financial indicators and financial statements.
