Abstract

Rimac Automobili d.o.o. hrvatski je proizvođač automobila sa sjedištem u Svetoj Nedelji Predmet rada je poslovna analiza poduzeća Rimac Automobili d.o.o., odnosno procjena sposobnosti optimalnog djelovanja poduzeća u gospodarskim uvjetima Republike Hrvatske. Primarni cilj rada je interpretacijom financijskih izvještaja i ostalih informacija o poduzeću dijagnosticirati trenutno stanje poduzeća te vrednovati i prognozirati smjer industrije električnih automobila u Republici Hrvatskoj.
U prvom dijelu rada opisana je uloga države u razvoju industrije električnih automobila. Analizirani su makroekonomski pokazatelji, održivi prometni razvoj, potpora za istraživačko-razvojne projekte i poticajne politike grada Sveta Nedelja.
Korištenjem PESTLE analize, analize industrije i Porterovog modela pet sila u drugom dijelu rada će se analizirati vanjsko okruženje poduzeća.
U sljedećem dijelu rada će se analizirati unutarnje okruženje poduzeća. Koristit će se analiza lanca vrijednosti, analiza generičkih strategija, analiza putem VRIO modela te najvažnija od svih, analiza financijskih izvještaja od 2016. do 2020. godine. Sve informacije prikupljene kroz izradu rada na kraju će se iskoristiti za izradu SWOT analize kako bi se prikazala cjelokupna slika poslovanja.

Abstract (english)

Rimac Automobili d.o.o. is a Croatian car manufacturer based in Sveta Nedelja. The subject of the thesis is a business analysis of the company Rimac Automobili d.o.o., i.e., an assessment of the ability of the company to operate optimally in the economic conditions of the Republic of Croatia. The primary goal of the paper is to diagnose the current state of the company through the interpretation of financial statements and other information about the company, and to evaluate and forecast the direction of the electric car industry in the Republic of Croatia.
The first part of the thesis describes the role of the state in the development of the electric cars industry. Macroeconomic indicators, sustainable transport development, support for research and development projects and incentive policies of the city of Sveta Nedelja were analyzed.
Using PESTLE analysis, industry analysis and Porter's five forces model, the second part of the thesis will analyze the external environment of the company.
In the next part of the thesis, the internal environment of the company will be analyzed. Value chain analysis, generic strategy analysis, VRIO model analysis and the most important of all, financial statement analysis from 2016 to 2020 will be used. All the information collected through the creation of the thesis will be used at the end to create a SWOT analysis to present the overall picture of the business.
