Abstract
Uvođenjem ERP sustava unapređuje se cjelokupni poslovni proces i potiče poduzetnička aktivnost. Uklanjanjem prepreka između poslovnih jedinica i poslovnih funkcija, poboljšava se razmjena informacija i stvara kohezivniji poslovni sustav. Značajne prednosti uključuju povećanu standardizaciju poslovnih procesa, smanjene razine zaliha, integraciju svih poslovnih funkcija i ubrzanje poslovnih procesa. Stvaranje učinkovitog ERP sustava osigurava značajnu konkurentsku prednost u odnosu na druge tvrtke. Implementacija ERP sustav može rezultirati značajnim promjenama u kulturi i strukturi organizacije. Također može generirati nove organizacijske vrijednosti i poboljšati učinkovitost organizacije.
Abstract (english)
The introduction of the ERP system improves the entire business process and encourages entrepreneurial activity. By removing barriers between business units and business functions, information exchange is improved and a more cohesive business system is created. Significant benefits include increased standardization of business processes, reduced inventory levels, integration of all business functions and acceleration of business processes. Creating an effective ERP system provides a significant competitive advantage over other companies. The implementation of an ERP system can result in significant changes in the culture and structure of the organization. It can also generate new organizational values and improve organizational effectiveness.
