Abstract

U radu je istražena povezanost stilova vodstva sa zadovoljstvom studentskim poslom.
Vodstvo je vrlo važan aspekt u svakom poduzeću jer vođe svojim utjecajem usmjeravaju i potiču zaposlenike da ostvare zadane ciljeve. Vođa svojim stilom i pozitivnim osobinama stvara svoje sljedbenike, ali isto tako može stvoriti i odbojnost i negativne odnose ukoliko zaposlenicima ne odgovara njegov stil vođenja. On se mora prilagoditi svakoj situaciji i djelovati s ciljem postizanja najboljih rezultata u organizaciji.
Zadovoljstvo poslom je često istraživana tema jer ljudi većinu svog životnog vijeka provedu radeći te je važno da budu zadovoljni na radnom mjestu. Osim toga, zadovoljstvo zaposlenika je važno i za poslodavce. Ključ uspjeha poslovanja leži u uspostavljanju i održavanju konkurentske prednosti na tržištu, a upravo su zaposlenici jako važan faktor u ostvarivanju tih konkurentskih prednosti. Upravo zbog toga je vođama u interesu da njihovi zaposlenici budu zadovoljni poslom jer zadovoljan zaposlenik ima bolji radni učinak što nadalje doprinosi poslovanju poduzeća u cjelini.
Istraživanja su utvrdila da je u posljednjih nekoliko godina značajan porast broja studenata u Republici Hrvatskoj te je oko 70% studenata koji su sudjelovali u istraživanju EUROSTUDENT-a 2019. godine bilo zaposleno u vrijeme studiranja. Niz je prednosti studentskog posla za studente, ali i za poslodavce.
Stoga se ovaj rad bavi istraživanjem povezanosti tih dviju stavki.

Abstract (english)

This paper investigated the connection between leadership styles and student job satisfaction.
Leadership is a very important aspect in every company because leaders guide and encourage employees to achieve set goals with their influence. A leader creates his followers with his style and positive qualities, but he can also create repulsion and negative relationships if the employees do not like his leadership style. He must adapt to any situation and act with the aim of achieving the best results in the organization.
Job satisfaction is an often researched topic because people spend most of their life working and it is important to be satisfied at the workplace. In addition, employee satisfaction is also important for employers. The key to business success lies in establishing and maintaining a competitive advantage on the market, and employees are a very important factor in achieving these competitive advantages. It is precisely for this reason that it is in the interest of leaders that their employees are satisfied with their work, because a satisfied employee has better work performance, which further contributes to the business of the company as a whole.
Research has established that in the last few years there has been a significant increase in the number of students in the Republic of Croatia, and around 70% of students who participated in the EUROSTUDENT survey in 2019 were employed during their studies. There are a number of advantages of a student job for students, but also for employers.
Therefore, this paper deals with the research of the connection between these two items.
