Abstract

Nabava predstavlja ključnu funkciju u poslovanju poduzeća te se zahtijeva visok stupanj stručnosti i znanja iz raznih područja za efikasno upravljanje. Nabava ima velik utjecaj na uspješnost poduzeća i njegovu konkurentsku prednost, te je važno da se obavlja učinkovito i efikasno. Danas se nabava smatra strateškom poslovnom funkcijom koja je usmjerena na stvaranje vrijednosti. Stav prema dobavljačima se drastično promijenio i smatra se ravnopravnim partnerima u nabavi. Stoga je cilj ovog rada upoznati se s ulogom i važnošću procesa poslovne komunikacije u procesu nabave u opskrbnom lancu. Poslovni proces u nabavi se sastoji od tri faze: inicijative, zaključenja posla i realizacije prodajnog posla. Dokumentacija igra ključnu ulogu u uspješnom poslovanju svakog poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

Procurement represents a key function in the company's operations, and a high level of expertise and knowledge in various fields is required for efficient management. Procurement has a great impact on the success of the company and its competitive advantage, and it is important that it is carried out effectively and efficiently. Today, procurement is considered a strategic business function focused on value creation. The attitude towards suppliers has changed drastically and they are considered equal partners in procurement. The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the role and importance of the business communication process in the procurement process in the supply chain. The paper describes the basic features of the concept of procurement, the supply chain and the goals that must be achieved through the procurement process, the activities and actions that are undertaken in the entire process, and the process itself that needs to be implemented. At the end of the work, the business process in procurement was analyzed and consists of three phases: initiatives, conclusion of the deal and realization of the sales deal. Documentation plays a key role in successful business.
