Abstract

Nabava se nekada u prošlosti bavila uglavnom administrativnim poslovima naručivanja i reklamiranja nedostataka isporučene robe te skladištenja i izdavanja materijala prema zahtjevima korisnika, a danas je sve manje funkcija s operativnim zadatcima, odnosno ona sve više postaje strategijska funkcija koja svoje odluke temelji na politici stvaranja vrijednosti i sniženja troškova u lancu opskrbe. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati teorijske pristupe digitalnoj transformaciji poduzeća, te istaknuti specifičnosti i problematiku transformacija koje se događaju, s posebnim naglaskom na sektor nabave, kroz analizu domaćih i stranih iskustava primjene digitalnih alata namijenjenih poboljšanju učinkovitosti suradnje s klijentima, te novih oblika i metoda upravljanja poslovnim procesima. Glavni cilj rada je prikazati razinu digitalizacije nabave u hrvatskim poduzećima i analizirati na koji način se digitalne tehnologije primjenjuju u svakodnevnom poslovanju te koliko je poduzećima i zaposlenicima bilo potrebno da prihvate proces digitalne transformacije.

Abstract (english)

In the past, procurement was mainly concerned with the administrative tasks of ordering and advertising defects in delivered goods, as well as storing and issuing materials according to user requirements, but today it is less and less a function with operational tasks, i.e. it is increasingly becoming a strategic function that bases its decisions on the policy of value creation and cost reductions in the supply chain. The aim of this work is to analyze theoretical approaches to the digital transformation of companies, and to highlight the specifics and problems of the transformations that are taking place, with a special emphasis on the procurement sector, through the analysis of domestic and foreign experiences in the application of digital tools intended to improve the efficiency of cooperation with clients, as well as new forms and methods of management business processes. The main goal of the work is to show the level of digitization of procurement in Croatian companies and to analyze how digital technologies are applied in everyday business and how long it took for companies and employees to accept the process of digital transformation
