Abstract

Cilj rada je prikazati u kojoj mjeri je funkcija nabave značajna i neophodna u svakodnevnom poslovanju poduzeća. Danas nabava predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih funkcija, ona je zadužena za opskrbu poduzeća svim potrebnim resursima kako bi bilo omogućeno neometano poslovanje te ostvarenje zadanih ciljeva i maksimizacija profita.

Uloga nabave se mijenjala kroz povijest, početkom 1900. godine spominje se kao uredski, administrativni posao, a njena funkcija svodila se isključivo na pitanje cijene, odnosno kao pokazatelj učinkovitosti uzimala se postignuta niska cijena. Suvremena nabava nije više samo posao u kojem se proslijeđuju narudžbenice, rješavaju reklamacije i osigurava materijal za rad, već je bitna strateška funkcija i dio poslovne strategije svakog poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this final work is to show how the procurement function is significant and necessary in the daily operations of the company. Procurement today represents one of the most important functions, it is responsible for supplying the company with all the necessary resources for smooth operations and achieving goals and maximizing profits.
The role of procurement has changed throughout history, at the beginning of the 1900´s it was an office, administrative job, and its function was reduced exclusively to the question of price where achieving a low price was taken as an indicator of efficiency. Modern procurement is no longer just a job in which purchase orders are forwarded, complaints are resolved and materials are provided for work, but it is an important strategic function and part of the business strategy of every company.
