Abstract

Promatrana maloprodajna struktura može se raščlaniti na mnogo različitih načina, kao što je poslovna struktura, geografska struktura i vlasnička struktura. Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se analizom maloprodajne strukture grada Koprivnice te objašnjava koji čimbenici pokreću promjenu maloprodajne strukture, koji su podaci potrebni za analizu maloprodajne strukture i kako se analiza maloprodajne strukture može provesti i tumačiti. Maloprodajna struktura na tržištu nipošto nije statična; mijenja se tijekom vremena. Brojni čimbenici, koji često djeluju u kombinaciji jedni s drugima, dovode do strukturnih promjena. Temeljni čimbenik promjene maloprodajne strukture bio je i ostao restrukturiranje šireg gospodarstva. Uz analizu maloprodajne strukture, važno je također uključiti analizu ponašanja potrošača. Ponašanje potrošača ima značajan utjecaj na maloprodajnu strukturu i promjene koje se događaju na tržištu. Integracija analize ponašanja potrošača s analizom maloprodajne strukture omogućuje dublje razumijevanje promjena koje se događaju na tržištu i kako one utječu na oblikovanje maloprodajnih strategija.

Abstract (english)

The observed retail structure can be dissected in many ways, such as business structure, geographic structure, and ownership structure. This master's thesis focuses on analyzing the retail structure of the city of Koprivnica, explaining the factors driving the change in the retail structure, the data required for analyzing the retail structure, and how the analysis can be conducted and interpreted. The retail structure in the market is by no means static; it changes over time. Numerous factors, often working in combination with each other, lead to structural changes. The fundamental factor driving the change in the retail structure has been and remains the restructuring of the broader economy. In addition to analyzing the retail structure, it is also important to include an analysis of consumer behavior. Consumer behavior has a significant impact on the retail structure and the changes that occur in the market. Integrating the analysis of consumer behavior with the analysis of the retail structure enables a deeper understanding of the changes taking place in the market and how they influence the shaping of retail strategies.
