Abstract

U ovome radu opisan je transport naftnih derivata na području Republike Hrvatske. Prijevoz se odvija cestovnim, željezničkim, cjevovodnim, pomorskim i riječnim putem. S obzirom na karakteristike nafte, koja se ubraja u opasne tvari, prijevoz mora biti u skladu sa Zakonom, propisima i međunarodnim ugovorima. Rizik koji se javlja prilikom prijevoza uključuje materijalne štete, onečišćenje okoliša te može utjecati na zdravlje ljudi. To su neki od razloga zašto prijevoz nafte i naftnih derivata zahtjeva stručnost osoblja i stalnu nadopunu znanja i usavršavanje s ciljem povećanja sigurnosti prijevoza i eliminiranjem nastanka nesreća. Nadalje, svjetski tokovi nafte formirani su na temelju rasporeda izvorišta nafte u svijetu prema najvećim proizvođačima, izvoznicima i uvoznicima nafte. Svrha rada je prikazati složenost prijevoza, nabave i prodaje naftnih derivata te postojeće nedostatke prilikom prijevoza naftnih derivata na području Republike Hrvatske. Glavni izazovi na koje nailazi poduzeće INA d.d. tijekom organiziranja prijevoza obuhvaćaju zadovoljenje potražnje tijekom ljetne turističke sezone, skladištenje sirove nafte u spremnicima, poštivanje internih politika i dozvoljene starosti za tankere, plaćanje prekostojnica i poštivanje propisa kroz tjesnace Bospor i Dardaneli te o svemu navedenom treba voditi računa prilikom organiziranja transporta.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the transportation of oil derivatives in the region of the Republic of Croatia. The transportation is done in different ways. There is road transport, railway transport, pipeline, sea and river transport present. Considering the oil characteristics, which is classified as a dangerous substance, tha transport must be done by the law, regulations and international agreements. The risk that occurs during the process of transportation includes material damage and environmental pollution, and it can also impact people's health. These are some of the reasons why the transportation of oil and oil derivatives requires the expertise of personnel and constant knowledge updates and training in order to increase the transportation safety and to eliminate the occurence of accidents. Moreover, world's oil flows are formed on the basis of the arrangement of world's oil sources in accordance to largest producers, exporters and importers of oil. The purpose of this paper is to present the complexity of transportation, procurement, and sale of oil derivatives in the region of the Republic of Croatia. The main challenges encountered by the company INA d.d. during the organization of transportation include: meeting demand during the summer tourist season, storage of crude oil in tanks, compliance with internal policies and permitted age for tankers and compliance with regulations through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles straits. All of the above should be taken into account when organizing transportation of oil and oil derivatives.
