Abstract

Za nacionalno gospodarstvo automobilska industrija nezamjenjiva je jer se razvila u stratešku vodeću industriju s visokom međusobnom povezanošću s drugim industrijskim lancima. Pojava pandemije COVID-19 utjecala je negativno na gospodarstvo u cijelom svijetu uzrokujući tako i probleme u lancima opskrbe automobilskih poduzeća. Lanac opskrbe u automobilskoj industriji uključuje opskrbu originalnih dijelova, proizvodnju vozila i montažu, te zajedničko obavljanje različitih zadatka u cijelom životnom ciklusu automobilskih proizvoda kao što su nabava, proizvodnja, prodaja i servis. U današnjim lancima opskrbe uključeno je više subjekata zbog čega je u uvjetima izbijanja nepredviđenih situacija bitno prepoznati potencijalne rizike i reagirati na vrijeme, a kako bi se što više smanjio negativan utjecaj na poslovanje. Zastoj u bilo kojem dijelu lanca opskrbe može dovesti poduzeće do velikih gubitaka. U radu je na primjerima hrvatskih auto kuća koja se bave prodajom rabljenih i/ili novih vozila analiziran utjecaj vanjskih čimbenika na otpornost lanca opskrbe.

Abstract (english)

For the national economy, the automotive industry is irreplaceable and has developed into a strategic leading industry with high interconnection with other industrial chains. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the economy worldwide, causing problems in the supply chains of automotive companies. The supply chain in the automotive industry includes the supply of original parts, vehicle production and assembly, and the joint performance of various tasks throughout the life cycle of automotive products such as procurement, production, sales and service. In today's supply chains, more entities are involved, which is why, in the event of unforeseen situations, it is essential to recognize potential risks and react in time, in order to reduce the negative impact on business as much as possible. A disruption in any part of the supply chain can lead to huge losses for the company. In the paper, the influence of external factors on the resilience of the supply chain is analyzed on the examples of Croatian car dealerships that sell used and/or new vehicles.
