Abstract

Osnovna svrha ovog rada je definirati trgovinu lijekovima i medicinskih proizvodima te opisati tokove i obrasce u trgovini lijekovima i medicinskih proizvodima. Analizirana je svjetska razmjena medicinskih dobara prilikom koje se, zbog specifičnosti tržišta, zemlje susreću s različitim rizicima i preprekama te moraju biti spremne na strogo regulirano okruženje kako bi uspješno sudjelovale na tržištu lijekova i medicinskih proizvoda. Kako je važno da restrikcije koje se javljaju treba što je više ublažiti, pogotovo one neopravdane i nametnute zbog osobnog interesa pojedinih gospodarstava, govori nam pandemija bolesti Covid-19 koja je svojim posljedicama ostavila do znanja da trgovina ovako osjetljivim i za život esencijalnim proizvodima treba biti što jednostavnija da bi ovakva dobra u svakom trenutku bila dostupna svima, neovisno o tome u kojem dijelu svijeta se nalazi.

Abstract (english)

The main purpose od this paper is to define the trade in medicines and medical products. It was analyzed the world exchange of medical goods during which, due to specifics of the markets, countries face different risks and obstacles, so they must be prepared for a stricly regulated environment in order to participate successfully at the market. The importance of reducing trade restrictions, especially those that are unjustified and imposed due to the personal interests of individual economies, is seen by experince of Covid-19 pandemic which left us with the knowledge that trade with such sensitive and life essential products should be as simple as possible in order to make medical goods available to everyone at any time, regardless of where they live.
