Abstract

Ovim radom opisuje se put do realizacije poduzetničke ideje otvaranja servisa za popravak električne opreme. Svakodnevnim napretkom tehnologije, strojeva i aparata, potreba za njima raste, pa time raste i potreba za pronalaskom pouzdanog i ovlaštenog servisa. U prvom djelu opisuje se opći pojam poslovnog plana, njegovi elementi, te je svaki element zasebno objašnjen. Navedeno je tko se njime koristi, te koje nedostatke, i koje prednosti poslovni plan sadržava. U drugom dijelu popunjene su informacije o
poduzeću Elektro-delta d.o.o. na temelju podjele poslovnog plana na elemente. Poslovni plan važan je za sve buduće poduzetnike iz razloga jer omogućuje prikaz dugoročne slike poslovanja tvrtke u kojem se iznose vizija i cilj koji se nastoje ostvariti u idućih godinu dana, te privlači buduće klijente i nove suradnje. U jednom dokumentu navedene su sve najbitnije informacije koje služe za prikaz realne slike poslovanja, od općih podataka o poduzetniku, poduzeću, do analize tržišta i marketinške strategije, pa sve do financijskih elemenata poslovnog plana. Jedino se detaljnim i stvarnim izražavanjem podataka mogu postići najbolji rezultati jer se time prikazuje posvećenost, odgovornost, preciznost i kvaliteta prema izradi poslovnog plana što uvelike povećava šanse za uspjeh. Dobro i kvalitetno izrađen plan veliki je korak ka ostvarenju poduzetničkog sna.

Abstract (english)

This work describes the path to the realization of the entrepreneurial venture of opening a service for the repair of electrical equipment. With the daily progress of electrical equipment, the need for them grows, and thus the need to find a reliable and authorized service grows. The first part describes the general term business plan, its elements, and each element is explained separately. The users of the business plan are listed, and which disadvantages and which advantages the business plan contains. In the second part, information about the company is filled in based on the division of the business plan into elements. A business plan is important for all future entrepreneurs because it enables the presentation of a long-term picture of the company's operations, in which the vision and goal to be achieved in the next year are presented, and it attracts future clients and new collaborations. One document contains all the most important information that serves to present a realistic picture of the business, from general information about the entrepreneur, the company, to the market analysis and marketing strategy, all the way to the financial elements of the business plan. The best results can only be achieved through detailed and real expression of data, as this
shows dedication, responsibility, precision, and quality toward the creation of a business plan, which greatly increases the chances of success. A well-crafted plan is a big step towards realizing your entrepreneurial dream.
