Abstract

Građevinski sektor jedan je od sektora koji čini značajan doprinos gospodarskom razvoju, ali ujedno i sektor koji je iznimno osjetljiv na krize i tržišne poremećaje. U Republici Hrvatskoj građevinski sektor čini oko 5 % u ukupnom hrvatskom BDP-u. Jedan od najvažnijih segmenata u građevinskom sektoru je građevinski materijal koji čini oko 60 % od ukupnih troškova građevinskog projekta. S obzirom na to, građevinska poduzeća i poduzeća koja se bave veleprodajom građevinskog materijala moraju provoditi učinkovito upravljanje zalihama građevinskog materijala te cjelokupnim opskrbnim lancem kako bi ostvarila poslovne ciljeve i pospješila realizaciju građevinskih projekata. U ovom radu je provedeno empirijsko istraživanje o upravljanju zalihama građevinskog materijala na primjeru poduzeća Saint-Gobain. Za analizu su odabrana tri brenda s kojima posluje, brend Rigips za suhogradnju, ISOVER za izolacijska rješenja te Weber za fasadna rješenja. Instrument istraživanja je polustrukturirani intervju koji je proveden među voditeljem nabave i zaposlenicima u nabavi u poduzeću Saint-Gobain građevinski proizvodi Hrvatska d.o.o. Analizirane su prednosti pojedinog brenda, opisan i ocjenjen postupak nabave, istaknute specifičnosti u upravljanju zalihama, prepreke u skladištenju građevinskog materijala, stavke koje je potrebno poboljšati te poslovni procesi, aktivnosti unaprjeđenja i provedba digitalizacije procesa nabave. Analiza je pokazala da poduzeće Saint- Gobain na primjeru sva tri brenda provodi učinkovito upravljanje nabavom te da kontinuirano teži ka unaprjeđenju poslovnih procesa. Posebno je istaknuto uvođenje novog ERP modela koji će dodatno povezati sve poslovne procese te s njime povezanog novog SAP sustava.

Abstract (english)

Construction is one of the sectors that makes a significant contribution to economic development, but at the same time a sector that is extremely sensitive to crises and market disturbances. In the Republic of Croatia, the construction sector accounts for about 5% of the total Croatian GDP. One of the most important segments in the construction sector is construction material, which accounts for about 60% of the total costs of a construction project. With this in mind, construction companies and construction material wholesalers must implement effective construction material inventory management and the entire supply chain in order to achieve business goals and accelerate the implementation of construction projects. In this paper, an empirical investigation of construction material inventory management was carried out on the example of the Saint-Gobain company. Three brands with which it operates were selected for the analysis, Rigips for dry construction, ISOVER for insulation solutions and Weber for facade solutions. The research instrument is a semistructured interview that was conducted between a procurement manager and a procurement employee in Saint-Gobain Croatia. The advantages of a particular brand are analyzed, the procurement process is described and evaluated, specifics in inventory management, obstacles in the storage of building materials, items that need to be improved, and business processes, activities for improvement and implementation of digitization of procurement. process are highlighted. The analysis showed that the Saint-Gobain company, as an example of all three brands, implements effective procurement management and continuously strives to improve business processes. The introduction of a new ERP model that will additionally connect all business processes and the new SAP system connected to it was emphasized.
