| Abstract | Kulturni turizam se definira kao događaji i odnosi koji su formirani posebnim interesom putovanja u svrhu upoznavanja povijesnih mjesta i događaja. On uključuje posjet kulturnim i prirodnim resursima, povijesno očuvanim mjestima, građevinama, muzejima, gradovima ili nekim drugim povijesnim vrijednostima koje su jedinstvene sa znanstvenog i kulturnog stanovišta. Osim toga, uključuje i posjećivanje kazalištima, kinima, umjetničkim galerijama ili festivalima. Uz društveno-kulturnu dimenziju, kulturni turizam ima i ekonomsku dimenziju. Ova vrsta turizma, definirana kao „kulturni turizam“ se pojavila relativno kasno, sedamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, iako su ljudi putovali potaknuti kulturnim motivima još u antičko doba. Danas je u svijetu kulturni turizam u porastu i najmanje 40% svih turista u svijetu se može smatrati kulturnim turistima, a očekivanja su da će tržište kulturnog turizma nastaviti rasti.
Zagreb je dio europskog kulturnog prostora, središte i glavni grad Hrvatske, u kojem, zbog velikih resursa kulturnih vrijednosti, kulturni turizam ima sve veću ulogu u turističkom i gospodarskom razvoju grada. Velike mogućnosti kulturnog turizma su prepoznate kako na nivou cijele Hrvatske, tako i u glavnom gradu Zagrebu. Brojni kulturni resursi Zagreba privlače sve veći broj turista. To su kulturni i povijesni lokaliteti, kulturne institucije, kulturne manifestacije i dr. Zagreb u zadnjim godinama postaje sve poželjnija i posjećenija turistička destinacija, a u gradu se poduzimaju i brojne aktivnosti, događaji, programi, turistički proizvodi i sl. koji su usmjereni prema kulturom motiviranim turistima.
Kako je tema ovog rada „Kulturni turizam u Zagrebu“, u nastavku će biti predstavljeno stanje, resursi i potencijali kulturnog turizma Zagreba. |
| Abstract (english) | Cultural tourism is defined as events and relationships that are formed by the special interest of traveling for the purpose of getting to know historical places and events. It includes visiting cultural and natural resources, historically preserved places, buildings, museums, cities or some other historical values that are unique from a scientific and cultural point of view. In addition, it also includes visiting theaters, cinemas, art galleries or festivals. In addition to the socio-cultural dimension, cultural tourism also has an economic dimension. This type of tourism, defined as "cultural tourism", appeared relatively late, in the seventies of the last century, although people traveled motivated by cultural motives as far back as ancient times. Today, cultural tourism is on the rise in the world and at least 40% of all tourists in the world can be considered cultural tourists, and the expectation is that the cultural tourism market will continue to grow.
Zagreb is part of the European cultural space, the center and capital of Croatia, where, due to the large resources of cultural values, cultural tourism plays an increasingly important role in the tourist and economic development of the city. The great possibilities of cultural tourism are recognized both at the level of the whole of Croatia and in the capital city of Zagreb. Zagreb's numerous cultural resources attract an increasing number of tourists. These are cultural and historical sites, cultural institutions, cultural manifestations, etc. In recent years, Zagreb has become an increasingly desirable and visited tourist destination, and numerous activities, events, programs, tourist products, etc. are being undertaken in the city, which are aimed at culturally motivated tourists.
