Abstract

Organizacijska ambideksternost predstavlja organizaciju koja je sposobna uključiti se u eksploataciju i eksploraciju, odnosno iskorištavanje i istraživanje radi upravljanja promjenama u turbulentnim okruženjima. Dobro osmišljene organizacije osposobljene su i za eksploatativno i eksplorativno ponašanje, odnosno za stabilnost i dinamičnost, njihovi dizajni sadrže značajke ambideksterne organizacije. Rad pokazuje ambideksterni pristup upravljanja poslovnim procesima na primjeru poduzeća Rimac Automobili.

Abstract (english)

Organizational ambidexterity represents an organization that is capable of engaging in exploitation and exploration, that is, exploitation and exploration in order to manage change in turbulent environments. Well-designed organizations are trained for both exploitative and exploratory behavior, i.e. for stability and dynamism, their designs contain the features of an ambidextrous organization.
