Abstract

Ovaj rad istražuje specifičnosti prodajnog procesa motornih vozila u Republici Hrvatskoj. Analizirajući tržište automobila, zakone i regulative te promjene u potražnji. Istraživanje otkriva sve ključne aspekte prodajnog procesa. U fokusu su trgovci automobilima, financiranje, osiguranje i post prodajne usluge. Prodajni proces ima značajnu ulogu u financijskom uspjehu industrije, zadovoljstvu potrošača te gospodarskom povezanosti. Uzimajući u obzir važnost automobilske industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj, razumijevanje specifičnosti prodajnog procesa pridonosi optimizaciji tržišnih strategija i prilagodbi za bolje zadovoljstvo kupaca i održivosti industrije. Cilj istraživanja je razumjeti karakteristike tržišta automobila, prateći zakonodavstvo i trendove u automobilskoj industriji. Rad analizira tržište motornih vozila u Hrvatskoj, uključujući broj prodanih vozila, preferencije potrošača i konkurenciju. Kroz temeljitu analizu svih faktora, rad donosi zaključke o ključnim izazovima i prilikama u prodajnom procesu vozila te predlaže moguće strategije za unapređenje ove industrije.

Abstract (english)

This paper investigates the specifics of the sales process of motor vehicles in the Republic of Croatia. Analyzing the car market, laws and regulations and changes in demand. The research reveals all the key aspects of the sales process. The focus is on car dealers, financing, insurance and after sales services. The sales process plays a significant role in the financial success of the industry, consumer satisfaction and economic connectivity. Considering the importance of the automotive industry in the Republic of Croatia, understanding the specifics of the sales process contributes to the optimization of market strategies and adjustments for better customer satisfaction and the sustainability of the industry. The aim of the research is to understand the characteristics of the car market, following legislation and trends in the car industry. The paper analyzes the motor vehicle market in Croatia, including the number of vehicles sold, consumer preferences and competition. Through a thorough analysis of all factors, the paper draws conclusions about the key challenges and opportunities in the vehicle sales process and suggests possible strategies for the improvement of this industry.
