Abstract

Tržište prirodne i organske kozmetike raste posljednjih desetljeća. Porast interesa za ovu vrstu proizvoda posljedica je zabrinutosti koju potrošači predstavljaju u vezi s okolišem i zdravljem. Osim što uvažavaju uporabu održivih sastojaka u kozmetičkim formulacijama, potrošači su zabrinuti i zbog onečišćenja uzrokovanog uporabom plastike, što navodi industrije da iznova osmisle i preispitaju sastav ambalaže. Svijest o potrebi očuvanja okoliša, uvelike utječe na potrošače pri donošenju odluke o kupnji prirodne i organske kozmetike što povećava njihovu potražnju. Stoga rastuća potražnja za prirodnom i organskom kozmetikom rezultira zabrinutošću marki vezanih uz organska pitanja, smanjenom uporabom sastojaka životinjskog podrijetla i ažuriranjem parametara potrebnih za certificiranje kozmetike kao prirodne ili organske. Zbog nekoliko dostupnih studija u ovom području, evidentna je važnost pojašnjenja definicija i pojmova prirodne i organske kozmetike, kako bi se točnim podacima doprinijelo kozmetičkom sektoru.

Abstract (english)

The market for natural and organic cosmetics has been growing in recent decades. The increase in interest in this type of product is due to the concern that consumers have about the environment and health. In addition to appreciating the use of sustainable ingredients in cosmetic formulations, consumers are also concerned about the pollution caused by the use of plastic, which is leading industries to rethink and rethink the composition of packaging. Awareness of the need to preserve the environment greatly influences consumers when making a decision to buy natural and organic cosmetics, which increases their demand. Therefore, the growing demand for natural and organic cosmetics results in the concern of brands related to organic issues, the reduced use of ingredients of animal origin and the updating of the parameters necessary for the certification of cosmetics as natural or organic. Due to the few available studies in this area, the importance of clarifying the definitions and concepts of natural and organic cosmetics is evident, in order to contribute accurate data to the cosmetics sector.
