Abstract

Diplomski rad "Specifičnosti društvenih poduzetnika tercijarnog sektora u Republici Hrvatskoj" istražuje karakteristike, izazove i doprinose društvenih poduzetnika u promicanju socijalnih i ekonomskih ciljeva u društvu. Kombinirajući teorijski pregled literature, analizu studija slučaja društvenih poduzetnika u Hrvatskoj te intervjuiranje ključnih dionika, rad pruža uvid u specifičnosti tog sektora. Rezultati istraživanja ističu fleksibilnost, društvenu svijest, inovativnost i održivost poslovnog modela kao ključne karakteristike društvenih poduzetnika. Rad naglašava i izazove poput financiranja i nedostatka regulative. Ovaj rad pridonosi boljem razumijevanju društvenih poduzetnika u Hrvatskoj te pruža smjernice za daljnji razvoj tog sektora.

Abstract (english)

The master's thesis "Specificities of Social Entrepreneurs in the Tertiary Sector in the Republic of Croatia" explores the characteristics, challenges, and contributions of social entrepreneurs in advancing social and economic goals in society. By combining a theoretical review, case study analysis of social entrepreneurs in Croatia, and interviews with key stakeholders, the study provides insights into the specificities of this sector. The research findings highlight flexibility, social awareness, innovation, and sustainable business models as key characteristics of social entrepreneurs. The study also emphasizes challenges such as financing and lack of regulation. This thesis contributes to a better understanding of social entrepreneurs in Croatia and provides guidelines for further sector development.
