Abstract

U ovom radu obrađena je tema usluga turoperatora i turističkih agencija u međunarodnom turizmu. Turoperatori najčešće stvaraju aranžmane te ih prodaju turističkim agencijama. One stvore turistički aranžman za koji smatraju da će biti atraktivan potrošačima. Također moraju istražiti što je, i u kojem periodu aktualno za koju skupinu. S obzirom da su turoperatori trgovci na veliko, oni sklapaju ugovore s turističkim agencijama i njima prodaju aranžmane, a od svakog prodanog aranžmana korisniku(tj. putnicima) dobiju određenu proviziju. Turistička agencija u većini slučajeva otkupljuje turističke aranžmane od turoperatora te ih prodaje dalje, a za to plaća unaprijed određenu proviziju turoperatoru. Najveća razlika, a ujedno i nedostatak je u tome da agencija za sve neprodane aranžmane može snositi financijske posljedice. Ukoliko se sav zakupljen prostor u hotelima(sobe) ne proda, hotel može tražiti od agencije da mu isplati određenu naknadu ili kompenziraju za drugu uslugu. Turistička agencija provodi aranžmane, te ima svoje vodiče i pratitelje koji idu na put s putnicima, tj. korisnicima usluge.
Da bi mogli pomno donijeti zaključak o razvoju, te na kraju i samom utjecaju posrednika u turizmu, potrebno je prije svega objasniti temelje razvoja kroz povijest. Također, važno je istaknuti raznovrsne pojave i postupke; poput globalizacije, te istraživanja tržišta, kako bi što detaljnije i točnije shvatili važnost i utjecaj turoperatora i turističkih agencija.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, we will talk about services of tour operators and travel agencies in the international tourism.
Tour operatos often create inclusive tours and than sell them to travel agencies. After that, agencies create deals which are going to be atractive for their consumers. They have to explore the market and think about what is potentialy going to be attractive for specific target group on the market. Considering the tour operators are wholesalers, they make enter into contracts with travel agencies and pay them comissions which were negotiated in advance. The main difference between travel agencies and tour operators is that tour operators are mostly entrepreneurs, and agencies go as mediators on the market. For that specific reason, they often take big financial risks for package deals that are not sold.
Tour operators make package arrangements, but travel agencies are the ones who escort their consumers while traveling.
Firstly, it is necessary to explain growth and development of the travel agencies and tour operators throughout the years, so we can later on conclude the influence of mediaton services. In order to completely understand the meaning of tourism and it's interest in inovations, it is important to go over the terms such as globalization and market research.
