Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad imao je za cilj istražiti primjenu digitalizacije u upravljanju zalihama u industriji robe široke potrošnje. Fokusira se na analizu kako digitalne tehnologije transformiraju tradicionalne prakse upravljanja zalihama u industriji robe široke potrošnje, pružajući uvide kroz iskustva menadžera nabave Atlantic Grupe. Korištena metodologija uključuje analizu sekundarnih izvora kao što su knjige, članci, časopisi, web stranice i slično, i analizu primarnih podataka prikupljenih putem intervjua. Autor je istražio uloge i trendove digitalizacije u sektoru robe široke potrošnje te su sagledani učinci digitalizacije na upravljanje zalihama izravno na primjeru poduzeća. U radu je objašnjen i način na koji menadžment poduzeća pristupa pri implementaciji novih tehnologija, koje su prednosti tih tehnologija te izazove s kojima se susreću u svakodnevnom poslovanju. Data je i analiza sigurnosti podataka i integritet procesa u upravljanja zalihama, također pruža pogled na budućnosti i daljnji razvoj tehnologije u upravljanju zalihama. Zaključci ovog diplomskog rada pokazuju da je najvažnije koju tehnologiju odabrati i implementirati, način kako uskladiti različite tehnologije da međusobno komuniciraju te osiguraju sigurnost suživota mašine i čovjeka. Digitalizacija se u budućnosti može samo intenzivirati, stoga je potrebno kontinuirano istraživati i učiti kako bi se iskoristio pun potencijal i prednosti koje ona nudi u upravljanju zalihama.

Abstract (english)

This thesis aimed to investigate the application of digitization in inventory management in the consumer goods industry. It focuses on analyzing how digital technologies are transforming traditional inventory management practices in the consumer goods industry, providing insight through the experiences of Atlantic Grupa's purchasing managers. The methodology used includes the analysis of secondary sources such as books, articles, magazines, websites and the like, and the analysis of primary data collected through interviews. The author investigated the roles and trends of digitalization in the consumer goods sector, and the effects of digitalization on inventory management were analyzed directly on the example of a company. The paper also explains how company management approaches the implementation of new technologies, what are the advantages of these technologies and the challenges they face in everyday business. An analysis of data security and integrity processes in inventory management is also given, and it also provides a view of the future and further development of technology in inventory management. The conclusions of this thesis show that the most important thing is which technology to choose and implement, how to coordinate different technologies to communicate with each other and ensure the safety of the coexistence of machines and humans. Digitalization can only intensify in the future, so it is necessary to continuously research and learn in order to exploit the full potential and advantages it offers in inventory management.
