Abstract

Suvremeno poslovanje danas zahtijeva implementaciju poslovne etike u sva poduzeća i organizacije. Poduzeća uvijek moraju paziti na etičnost svojih odluka, naročito ako se žele probiti na međunarodnom tržištu. Implementacija poslovne etike znatno igra ulogu u povećanju ugleda poduzeća među kupcima i investitorima, što je vrlo bitno s obzirom na rastuću konkurenciju. Etički kodeks predstavlja vrijednosti standarde koje organizacija primjenjuje usvojim aktivnostima. Cilj ovog rada je prezentirati temeljne značajke poslovne etike kako u normalnom poslovanju, tako i u kriznim situacijama. Kriza je neželjena i nepredviđena situacija koja može zahvatiti svako poduzeće. Upravljanje krizom je proces koji obuhvaća tri faze: preventivno upravljanje, identifikaciju i reaktivno upravljanje krizom. Poduzeća koja postavljaju plan u slučaju nepredviđenih događaja mogu ublažiti učinke krize. Krizni menadžment također provodi krizne treninge te educira osim svog tima i cijelo poduzeće o aktivnostima koje su potrebne u slučaju krize. Jedan od temelja kriznog upravljanja je krizna komunikacija, čiji je cilj širenje informacija među zaposlenicima kako bi svi bili detaljno informirani o kriznoj situaciji i budućim aktivnostima te u javnosti kako bi poduzeće održalo dobar ugled. Na primjeru poduzeća u studiji slučaja prikazano je kako je moguće izaći iz krize na što brži i efikasniji način te održati povjerenje među zaposlenicima, klijentima i partnerima. Kroz intervju sa zaposlenicom poduzeća je detaljno objašnjena situacija koja je prethodila krizi i proces izlaska iz krize. Na kraju su dane određene preporuke o implementaciji poslovne etike i društveno odgovornog poslovanja za druga poduzeća kako u normalnim, tako i u kriznim situacijama.

Abstract (english)

Modern business today requires the implementation of business ethics in all companies and organizations. Companies must always pay attention to the ethics of their decisions, especially if they want to break into the international market. The implementation of business ethics plays a significant role in increasing the company's reputation among customers and investors, which is very important considering the growing competition. The code of ethics represents the values and standards that the organization applies in its activities. The aim of this work is to present the fundamental features of business ethics both in the normal business and in crisis situations. A crisis is an unwanted and unforeseen situation that can affect any company. Crisis management is a process that includes three phases: preventive management, identification and reactive crisis management. Businesses that put a contingency plan in place can mitigate the effects of a crisis. Crisis management also conducts crisis training and educates not only its team but also the entire company about the activities needed in the event of a crisis. One of the foundations of crisis management is crisis communication, whose goal is to spread information among employees so that everyone is informed in detail about the crisis situation and future activities, and in the public, so that the company maintains a good reputation. On the example of the company in the case study, it is shown how it is possible to get out of the crisis as quickly and efficiently as possible and to sustain trust among employees, clients and partners. Through an interview with an employee of the company, the situation that preceded the crisis and the process of getting out of the crisis were explained in detail. At the end, certain recommendations were given on the implementation of business ethics and corporate social responsibility for other companies in both normal and crisis situations.
