Abstract

Najpoznatiji modeli izlaska na međunarodno tržište su distribucija, međunarodno licenciranje i franšizam, strateški savezi i partnerstva i lokalne podružnice. U radu su opisane najvažnije poslovne prepreke povezane s izlaskom poduzetnika na međunarodno tržište. Tijekom izlaska na europsko tržište, poduzetnici se uglavnom suočavaju s problemima vezanim za konkurentnost i internacionalizaciju, mogućnosti istraživanja i razvoja i nedovoljno ostvarene ciljeve. Prilikom izlaska na svjetsko tržište, izdvajaju se “unutarnje” prepreke u vidu veličine poduzeća, njegove starosti, neučinkovitosti ljudskog kapitala i slično. Pored njih su prisutne i vanjske prepreke kao što su: vladini ili politički rizici, proceduralna ograničenja i prepreke poslovnog okruženja. Pored prepreka, u radu je naglašen i značaj različitih mogućnosti koje za poduzetnike nudi međunarodno tržište. Kao najveći motivi za internacionalizaciju izdvajaju se proaktivni i reaktivni motivi. Također, razlikuju se pozitivni čimbenici (pull faktori) koji 'vuku' i negativni čimbenici (push faktori) koji 'guraju' ljude u poduzetništvo.

Abstract (english)

The best-known models of entering the international market are distribution, international licensing and franchising, strategic alliances and partnerships, and local subsidiaries. The paper describes the most important business obstacles associated with entrepreneurs entering the international market. When entering the European market, companies mainly face problems related to competitiveness and internationalization, research and development opportunities and insufficiently achieved goals. When entering the world market, there are “internal” obstacles in the form of the size of the company, its age, the inefficiency of human capital, etc. In addition to them, there are also external obstacles such as: governmental or political risks, procedural restrictions and business environment obstacles. In addition to obstacles, the paper also emphasizes the importance of the various opportunities offered by the international market for entrepreneurs. Proactive and reactive motives stand out as the biggest motives for internationalization. Also, there are positive factors (pull factors) that 'pull' and negative factors (push factors) that 'push' people into entrepreneurship.
