Abstract

Plaćanje putem Interneta postalo je neizostavan dio suvremenog društva, omogućavajući brzu, jednostavnu i sigurnu razmjenu financijskih sredstava u virtualnom svijetu. U proteklim godinama razvijeni su različiti inovativni proizvodi za obavljanje plaćanja, iskoristivši brzi tehnološki razvoj i rast financijskih tržišta. Plaćanje putem Interneta je jedinstveno zbog originalnosti i specifičnosti atributa Interneta. Dostupno je svima, bilo da se radi o poslovnim subjektima ili o fizičkim osobama. Služi za različite namjene i neprestano se razvija. U svrhu pisanja ovog rada obrađena je teorija različitih metoda plaćanja putem Interneta i provedeno je istraživanje o iskustvima i stavovima potrošača s područja grada Zagreba o metodama plaćanja putem Interneta.

Abstract (english)

Internet payments have become an indispensable part of modern society, enabling fast, simple and secure exchange of financial resources in the virtual world. In recent years, various innovative payment products have been developed, taking advantage of the rapid technological development and growth of financial markets. Internet payments are unique due to the originality and specificity of the Internet's attributes. It is available to everyone, whether they are business entities or persons. It serves different purposes and is constantly evolving. For the purpose of writing this paper, the theory of different payment methods via the Internet was processed and research was conducted on the experiences and attitudes of consumers from the city of Zagreb regarding payment methods via the Internet.
