Abstract

Operacijski menadžment u naftnoj industriji predstavlja ključni aspekt upravljanja procesima unutar poduzeća koja se bavi eksploatacijom, preradom i distribucijom nafte i plina. S obzirom na složenost i opseg operacija u ovoj industriji, efikasan operacijski menadžment postaje presudan za postizanje konkurentske prednosti i održivog poslovanja. Procesi uključuju istraživanje i bušenje naftnih polja, proizvodnju, transport, rafiniranje i distribuciju naftnih derivata. Operacijski menadžment u naftnoj industriji fokusira se na optimizaciju resursa, smanjenje troškova, upravljanje rizicima te osiguranje sigurnosti i održivosti poslovanja. Implementacija modernih tehnologija, kao i primjena strategija zaštite okoliša i energetske učinkovitosti, igraju ključnu ulogu u uspjehu operacijskog menadžmenta u ovoj industriji. Sve navedene aktivnosti usmjerene su na postizanje visoke učinkovitosti, maksimizaciju proizvodnje i ispunjenje regulatornih zahtjeva, čime se osigurava stabilno i uspješno poslovanje naftnih kompanija.

Abstract (english)

Operational management in the oil industry represents a crucial aspect of overseeing processes within companies engaged in the exploration, extraction, processing, and distribution of oil and gas. Given the complexity and scale of operations in this industry, efficient operational management becomes vital for achieving a competitive advantage and sustainable business practices. Processes encompass exploration and drilling of oil fields, production, transportation, refining, and the distribution of oil derivatives. Operational management in the oil industry focuses on resource optimization, cost reduction, risk management, and ensuring the safety and sustainability of operations. The implementation of modern technologies, along with strategies for environmental protection and energy efficiency, plays a pivotal role in the success of operational management in this industry. These efforts are directed towards achieving high efficiency, maximizing production, and meeting regulatory requirements, thereby ensuring the stable and successful operation of oil companies.
